Ellis Vaughn

Ellis Vaughn builds and maintains the calculators and guides on Hive Point. His work here is practical: write down the formula behind each tool, label every input in plain language, show a worked example so you can check the arithmetic yourself, and revisit a page when a rate, factor, or convention it depends on moves. He is not a licensed financial, legal, tax, medical, or investment professional, and Hive Point is not a firm. Every result on this site is an estimate produced from the numbers you type in, not a quote, an appraisal, or professional advice. Where a decision carries real consequences, take the output to a qualified professional before acting on it. When a number looks wrong, he would rather hear about it than not: send the inputs you used and the result you expected through the contact page, and the page gets re-checked.
